Having photographed the brides sisters wedding, I knew we were in for a great day with Vinny and Stephanie. They did not disappoint. We were all looking at the weather report through out the week and it was supposed to me a Nor’Easter. Sure enough the storm rolled out to see and we were left with some soft flat even lighting. Most brides would not feel comfortable walking through some saturated fields. It did not phase Stephanie in the least. She wanted good photography and was not going to let anything get in the way of that. We started in South Boston and then do all of the family and bridal shots at Castle Island. It has so much to offer with the Boston skyline, stone fort and boats in the harbor. There is no better place to shoot in fall to have the foliage and the Boston Skyline then Granite Links in Quincy. And if you are going to be a Granite Links you have to do the photography at the Quarry. They were such a fun couple to work with, which is always the secret to creating some really fun and unique photography. And there’s nothing like photographing the happy couple in great light against the amazing colors of autumn. The rest of the evening was filled with fun and one of the best dance crowds I have seen in a while.
