Having photographed two weddings with Lauren’s family already, I was thrilled at the chance to work with her and David. I knew from experience that this was going to be a fun group of people. Working with a couple before their wedding day, be it engagement session or at another couple’s wedding, can make an enormous difference in their wedding photography and their experience. They already know the way that I work, and how one pose or shot flows into the next. Knowing this ahead of time makes the couple more comfortable and trusting, saving valuable time, and allowing me to capture more photography. It didn’t hurt that David and Lauren are just plain awesome to begin with. They wanted to make sure they took advantage of every opportunity to capture the creative and unique images they had hired me to get. Thankfully, the outdoor ceremony and ballroom reception took place at the beautiful Groveland Fairways, where scenery and staff are both incredible. It was the perfect day, perfect place, perfect family, and perfect couple to capture some amazing photography that David and Lauren will enjoy for all their years to come.
