As a wedding photographer, you can’t ask for more than a good day at a good location with great people. That was the case with Mike and Colleen’s wedding at the Commons in Tewksbury, MA. The day started with the bride getting ready at the beautiful, historic Commons. I could not have asked for better natural light spilling through the floor to ceiling windows of the bridal suite to capture some elegant portraits of Colleen as she prepared for her big day. Likewise, we able to also use some amazing natural window light to capture Mike at his house just down the road in Peabody. The ceremony was held at the storybook gardens in the Commons’ courtyard, where bride and groom exchanged vows and shed a tear or two during this intimate wedding. Afterwards, we were able to take advantage of the green spaces and wide open skies adjacent to the Commons, where we captured some gorgeous images of the newlyweds before they celebrated well into the night. Thanks to the incredible staff of the Commons, I was able to spend a lot of time with the couple. This allowed me to be creative and fun with the photography, creating images that this very much in love couple will have to cherish for many years to come.
